Preheat oven to 375F
Sift together the flour and baking soda and set aside.
Cream together the Margarine and sugars in a large bowl. Stir in the egg replacer and vanilla extract.
Add the flour mixture, stirring until just incorporated.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Scoop by the tablespoonful onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
